Omaesh Persaud is a dedicated Music Director and Instructor with over 12 years of experience in teaching a wide array of instruments, including piano, guitar, bass, drums, banjo, cello, and voice. He specializes in music theory, performance, sound therapy, and music appreciation, with a unique approach that blends technique, expression, and creative improvisation. Omaesh has a strong background in working with special needs individuals, offering tailored music education to children, teens, and adults.

Omaesh is the owner of Hear and Now Music Collective and has served as a Music Director and Instructor in various educational settings, including Monsignor McClancy Memorial High School and Life’s WORC Family Autism Center. Additionally, he has experience as an ABA Therapist, utilizing his expertise to support behavioral development in clients with special needs.Omaesh is known for his innovative teaching methods, which have significantly improved student outcomes and client satisfaction. He is also proactive in after-school programs across Long Island and NYC, contributing to the community through his passion for music and education
