Hugo Bessenay, 31, who holds a master’s degree in economic intelligence and another in public law, has been working as a lobbyist in France and Europe since 2019, after two years as an international M&A consultant (Central Africa, South-East Asia, etc.). Based in Brussels, he represents the interests and demands of economic players in the agricultural and mobility sectors. Since 2022, he has been in charge of public affairs for the Association Francaise des Producteurs de Cannabindides (AFPC), for which he defends active hemp farmers before public decision-makers in Paris and Brussels.
