At Medical Resource Association, Inc., he has been pivotal in developing and launching workshops that provide continuing education for medical providers and lawyers, particularly during the rollout of New York’s medical cannabis program. Notably, he played a crucial role in the opening of MedMen on 5th Avenue, Manhattan’s first cannabis dispensary.

Charles has also worked closely with key stakeholders in both the New York and San Diego cannabis markets, advancing educational events and initiatives. His efforts include pioneering discussions on microbiome and gut health, emphasizing the benefits of holistic and plant-based medicines.

In addition to his role at MRA, Charles is the Founder & CEO of Salty Reels in Sarasota and Tampa, Florida, where he combines his passion for fishing with community engagement.
