Caroline Shevlin is the Director of Partnerships and Industry Engagement at the Quebec Cannabis and Hemp Industry Association (AQIC). With more than 25 years of experience in sales, client relations, and business development, she works to connect businesses, researchers, and industry stakeholders while supporting the growth of Quebec’s cannabis and hemp sectors.

Since joining AQIC in 2019, Caroline has been dedicated to strengthening relationships across the industry and fostering collaboration between organizations. She is also a co-founder of Women in Plants, a network that supports and connects women across plant-based industries, including cannabis, hemp, agriculture, horticulture, and plant sciences, and serves on the Advisory Committee of Canadian Women in Cannabis.

Passionate about the power of community, Caroline believes that bringing people together and encouraging knowledge-sharing are key to driving innovation and sustainable growth across the industry.
