Anne Servoir has over 20 years of experience advising pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on competition law and regulatory matters covering pharmaceuticals, biologicals, medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetics. She supports clients throughout the product life cycle, with particular expertise in market access strategies for advanced therapy medicinal products.

Before joining HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER in 2017, Anne was a partner at a pharmaceutical law boutique and previously worked in the Competition and European law team of one of France’s largest law firms.

Anne advises on early access, compassionate use, market authorization transitions, reimbursement strategy, pricing negotiations, and compliance with transparency and advertising rules. She also assists companies entering the French market and designs supply chain and life-cycle management schemes that align with EU and national competition law. She frequently represents clients before administrative authorities and courts in disputes over market authorizations, withdrawals, and reimbursement decisions.
