Alicia Zimmermann, a third generation cannabis executive, entered the industry officially in 2022 aftergraduating from Mills College [Oakland, California.] Her first position out of college was the Director ofEuropean Expansion for a Washington DC based cannabis MSO. In this role, she engaged with executivesand consultants in the areas of cross border compliance, real estate, supply chain, and brands. Currently, Alicia creates and executes operational elements of The Cannabis Summit. Named the OutstandingSpanish Student of the year from the Mills Spanish department, Alicia, a dual citizen of Germany and theUS, also speaks German and French. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor inSpanish and is based out of Normandy, France. She begins her Master’s in International Relations at theGeneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations in September.
